The service

Closely sets up and runs a WhatsApp assistant for your agency. It sends an instant reply to buyer and tenant enquiries, asks a few simple questions, saves each enquiry to your Google Sheet, sends viewing reminders and follow-ups as listed for your plan, and passes each enquiry to the right agent. Plan features are listed on the pricing page.

Prices and fees

• All prices are in AED and exclude VAT if applicable.
• Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee.
• WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges are billed at cost, on top of your plan.
• 3, 6 and 12-month packages are draft offers and are confirmed before you pay.

Pilot

The 14-day pilot costs AED 500. It covers one number with English replies on your real enquiries. If you continue, we credit the AED 500 to your setup fee.

Instant reply

We aim to send an instant first reply, 24/7, on connected channels. This is a service aim, not a promise. [placeholder: any service credit terms]

Cancellation

Your number and data

You own your WhatsApp number and all enquiry data.

Fair use

Each plan includes the reminders and follow-ups listed for it. WhatsApp (Meta) message charges are passed on at cost, with no markup. Broadcasts on Platinum are billed at cost.
